CatchFrase is free to start. The free tier includes 10 catches a day, a 75-card collection, and daily review — no account, no card required. CatchFrase Plus is $59.99/year after a 7-day free trial, or $9.99/month, and unlocks unlimited catches, the full depth of every word, and all 9 languages.

How does the free trial work?
The annual plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time during the trial in your iPhone's Settings and pay nothing; otherwise the yearly price is billed when the trial ends.
Do I need an account to subscribe?
No. Subscriptions run through your Apple ID like any App Store purchase — CatchFrase itself has no accounts, and Restore Purchases brings Plus back on a new phone.
Is the free tier enough to actually learn?
It's a real tier, not a demo: 10 catches a day builds your first 100 words in about 10 days, and daily review keeps them. Plus is for going deeper on every word — variants, conversations, and speech practice. See the room-by-room method.
